Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This page explains how PilotPost subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when refunds are possible. It summarizes the payment rules in our Terms of Service.
1. How billing works
- New accounts get a free 7-day trial with limited features. No card is needed and nothing is charged; when the trial ends, the account is locked until you choose a plan. One trial per person.
- PilotPost plans are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance through Whop, our payment provider.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page in euros. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts it.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in the app (Manage payment & cancel). There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
- When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
- Your posts and connected accounts aren't deleted when you cancel. To delete your data, see Data deletion.
3. Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page. The new price applies as shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we tell you otherwise at checkout.
- If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or couldn't use the Service because of a fault on our side, email us at support@pilotpost.social and we'll put it right.
- If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights in your country (such as a right of withdrawal) that this policy doesn't limit.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails, you get a short grace period to update your card. After that your account is paused and scheduled posts are held until payment is made. Nothing is deleted, and everything resumes as soon as you pay.
