Collaborate: plan and approve as a team

Invite colleagues, freelancers or clients into your PilotPost account. Everyone gets their own login and a role, and posts can be approved before they go out.

01

Your own login each

No more sharing one password. Each team member signs in with their own email, password and two-step verification.

02

Roles that fit

Admins manage accounts and the team, Editors write, schedule and approve, Contributors write and send posts for approval.

03

Approvals

A contributor's post goes to a For approval list. An editor reviews it, then schedules it or sends it back with a note.

04

See who wrote what

Every post in the calendar shows who wrote it.

05

Billing stays with you

Only the account owner sees and manages the subscription.

06

Remove access instantly

Remove someone and they're signed out straight away. Your posts and accounts stay.

How it works

  1. Open Team in the PilotPost menu.
  2. Enter a colleague's email, choose a role and click Send invite.
  3. They open the email, create a login (or log in) and join your account.

Works with Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business, Telegram and Bluesky.

Questions

How many team members can I add?
It depends on your plan: see pricing. Open invites count towards the total.
Do team members need their own subscription?
No. They work in your account, under your plan.
Can I approve posts before they're published?
Yes. Give someone the Contributor role and their posts go to the For approval tab in the calendar for an Editor or Admin to check.
Can a client see their posts without changing them?
Invite them as a Contributor: they can see the calendar and suggest posts, but nothing is published without your approval.
