Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and PilotPost ("PilotPost", "we") for your use of https://pilotpost.social and the PilotPost service (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
PilotPost lets you connect social media accounts and schedule and publish content to them. Which platforms and features are available depends on each platform's API and approvals, which can change at any time and are outside our control.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Whop, our payment provider, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a payment fails, you have a short grace period to update your payment method. After that your account is paused, and scheduled posts will not be published until payment is made.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only to provide the Service (for example, to send it to the platforms you select). You are solely responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to post it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- post anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or deceptive;
- send spam, or message people on WhatsApp or elsewhere who have not opted in;
- break any connected platform's terms, community guidelines or rate limits;
- attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
6. Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on third-party platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and Bluesky). Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, removal of your content, or action they take against your accounts. YouTube users also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that every post will be published at an exact time or without error. Check important posts after they publish.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may end or suspend the Service with reasonable notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
