PilotPost is a web-based social media scheduler. You write a post once, choose which of your social accounts it goes to, and PilotPost publishes it to all of them, straight away or at the date and time you pick.

- Images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF) and video (MP4, MOV) up to 250 MB; Instagram videos publish as Reels; carousels on Instagram and Threads
- Character counter and rule checks for each network before you schedule
- Content calendar with links to every published post
- Automatic retries for failed posts and a Needs attention list with the reason and a Retry button
- Several accounts per network, for businesses and agencies managing clients
- Two-step verification and EU hosting
