How to use it
- Copy comments from your posts, reviews from your page, or mentions of your brand.
- Paste them in the box. One comment per line gives the clearest result.
- Click Analyze to see the overall mood, the share of positive, neutral and negative comments, and the main topics.
Tips
Compare over time
Run the same kind of comments every month. A shift in mood tells you more than a single score.
Look at the themes, not just the score
“Negative” about delivery and “negative” about price need very different fixes. The themes show you which one it is.
Reply to the negatives quickly
A calm, helpful reply in public often turns an unhappy customer around, and everyone else sees it too.
Check competitors too
Paste comments from a competitor's posts to see what their customers love and what frustrates them.
Questions
What does the sentiment score mean?
It runs from -100 (very negative) to +100 (very positive), with 0 meaning neutral or evenly mixed. It's a summary of the text you pasted, not of everything said about you online.
Does it search social media for me?
No. It analyzes the text you paste. That keeps it free and private: we don't collect posts or monitor anyone.
Can it read other languages?
Yes. You can paste comments in most languages; the results are written in the language you choose.
Is my text stored?
No. Your text is sent to our AI provider to produce the result and isn't saved by PilotPost.
