PilotPost lets you write a post once and publish it to all your social accounts, either straight away or at a date and time you choose. Here's the fastest way to get going.
1. Create your account
Go to Sign up. You can either:
- click Continue with Google, or
- enter your name, email and a password.
Use the same email you'll pay with, so your subscription links to your account automatically.
2. Choose a plan
After signing up you'll be taken to checkout. Pick Starter, Pro or Agency and pay securely through Whop. As soon as the payment goes through, you're sent back to PilotPost and your account is active. See Plans and billing for the differences.
3. Connect your social accounts
Open Accounts in the left-hand menu and click Connect on each network you use. For most networks you log in on the network's own page and approve access, so we never see your password. See Connecting your accounts.
4. Create your first post
- Click + New post.
- Tick the accounts the post should go to under Post to.
- Write your caption and add images or a video.
- Pick a date and time, then click Schedule. Or click Post now to publish straight away.
That's it. Your post appears in your Calendar and goes out on time, even if you're offline. See Creating a post for every option.
5. Check how it went
Your Calendar shows what's coming up, what's been published (with a View link to the live post) and anything that Needs attention. See Your calendar and failed posts.
Your getting-started checklist
While you set up, the Calendar page shows a short checklist: connect an account, schedule your first post, set up your Start Page and get the phone app. Each step has a button that takes you there, and it disappears once everything is done. Tap Hide to close it sooner.
