Click Calendar in the left-hand menu to see all your posts, shown in your local time.
The three tabs
- Upcoming: posts scheduled for the future.
- Published: posts that went out. Click View to open the live post on the network.
- Needs attention: posts that couldn't be published, with the reason.
When a post fails
PilotPost retries automatically up to three times, in case a network is briefly down. If it still fails, the post moves to Needs attention with the network's reason. Common reasons:
- The account needs reconnecting: go to Accounts and click Reconnect.
- The network rejected the content: for example a photo too large, or a video in the wrong format. Fix it and create the post again.
When you've fixed the problem, click Retry now and PilotPost tries again straight away.
Deleting a post
Click Delete on any upcoming post to cancel it. To change a scheduled post, delete it and create a new version. Deleting a post that's already published only removes it from PilotPost, not from the network.
Posts to do by hand
A few networks can't publish automatically in some situations. Those posts are marked Post manually with a reminder at the scheduled time. Post it yourself in the app, then click Mark as posted.
