Copyright Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
We respect the rights of creators and expect everyone who uses PilotPost to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement.
1. Your content, your responsibility
You keep the rights to everything you publish with PilotPost, and you're responsible for making sure you have permission to post it, including music, images and video. Our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy don't allow infringing content.
2. Content published on social networks
PilotPost publishes your posts to social networks such as Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, where they're hosted. To have infringing content removed from a network, report it directly to that network using its copyright form; it's the only one that can take the post down.
3. Reporting content on PilotPost
To report material stored on PilotPost itself (for example on our website or in an account we host), email support@pilotpost.social with:
- your name and contact details, and that of the rights holder if you act for them;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- where the infringing material is (a link or exact location);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your signature (typing your full name is enough).
4. What we do
We review every complete notice, remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and may suspend accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe it's a mistake, reply to our email with your explanation.
