Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with PilotPost. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We want PilotPost to stay a trustworthy way to publish, so we take misuse seriously.
1. Use PilotPost for your own legitimate accounts
- Only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep your login secure, and don't share it outside your team. Turn on two-step verification for shared logins.
- Don't create accounts with false information or to get around a suspension.
2. Content you may not publish
You may not use PilotPost to publish, schedule or send content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or encourages violence;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- is sexually explicit where the destination network doesn't allow it;
- is deliberately false or misleading, including impersonation, fake reviews and scams;
- contains malware, phishing links or anything designed to harm devices or accounts.
3. No spam or platform abuse
- Don't send unsolicited messages. On WhatsApp and Telegram, only message people who have opted in.
- Don't post the same content repeatedly to game a network's algorithm, or use PilotPost to run fake or automated engagement.
- Follow each network's own terms, community guidelines and rate limits. If a network suspends your account, that's between you and the network.
4. Don't misuse the Service itself
- Don't try to break into, overload, scan or disrupt PilotPost, its servers or other customers' data.
- Don't copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the Service without our written permission.
- Don't use automated scripts to call our free tools or other pages in bulk.
5. Free tools
Our free AI tools are for creating your own social media content. Don't use them to generate content that breaks this policy, and check what they produce before you publish it.
6. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content from our systems, pause publishing, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where the breach is serious, we may act without notice and without a refund. If you believe we've made a mistake, email us at support@pilotpost.social.
7. Reporting misuse
To report content or behaviour that breaks this policy, email support@pilotpost.social with as much detail as you can, including links.
