Every image and video you upload to PilotPost is saved in your Media library, so you never have to upload the same logo, product photo or clip twice.
Open the library
Click Media library in the menu (on a phone, tap More first). You'll see your files, newest first. Use All, Images and Videos to filter, or type part of a file name in the search box.
Add files
- Click Upload files in the library and choose one or more images or videos, or
- add files to a post as usual. They're saved in the library automatically.
The same file types and sizes work as in a post: JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF images and MP4 or MOV videos, up to 250 MB per file.
Use a file in a post
There are two ways:
- In the library, click Use in a post under a file. A new post opens with that file already added.
- In New post, click Choose from library under the media box, tick the files you want (the numbers show their order) and click Add to post.
Delete a file
Click Delete under the file and confirm. You can't delete a file that a scheduled post or a draft still needs: change or delete that post first. Posts that are already published keep the file on the networks.
Contributors can use the library but can't delete files.
