Data Deletion

Last updated: 18 October 2026

You can remove your data from PilotPost at any time.

Disconnect a single social account

  1. Log in and open Accounts.
  2. Click Remove next to the account. Its stored access tokens are deleted immediately.

You can also revoke PilotPost's access from the platform itself, for example in Facebook (Settings → Security and login → Business integrations), Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites), Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions), TikTok, LinkedIn, X or Pinterest app settings.

Delete your whole account and all data

Email support@pilotpost.social from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". Within 30 days we will delete your account, connected social accounts and tokens, posts, schedules and uploaded media, and confirm by email. Cancel any active subscription on the Billing page first, so you are not charged again.

Billing records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained only for as long as the law requires.
