Your posting queue
A queue saves you picking a date and time for every post. You choose the times you like to post once, and each new post goes into the next free time.
- Click Queue in the menu (on a phone, tap More first).
- Add times for each day, or use a quick option such as Weekdays at 10:00.
- Click Save queue. Below, Your next free times shows where the next posts will go.
Then, in New post, click Add to queue instead of Schedule. The post is scheduled for the next free time, which is shown under the date. A time counts as taken when a post is already scheduled within 5 minutes of it, so posts never land on top of each other.
Times are in your local time. Owners, admins and editors can change the queue.
Repeat a post
For posts you want to share again and again, such as a weekly offer or a monthly reminder:
- In New post, choose a date and time as usual.
- Next to Repeat, choose Every week, Every 2 weeks or Every month, and how many times (2 to 12).
- Click Schedule.
PilotPost creates one post for each date, shown under the box. Each appears in your Calendar and can be moved, changed or deleted on its own. Every repeat counts towards your plan's monthly limit.
