Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 18 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use PilotPost, including people who use assistive technology. This statement explains our approach and how to tell us about problems.
1. Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across our website and app.
2. What we do
- Pages use proper headings, labels and landmarks so they work with screen readers.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Text and buttons are designed for good colour contrast, and the site works with browser zoom.
- Everything can be reached with a keyboard.
- The site works on phones and adapts to small screens.
- It's available in six languages: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
3. Known limitations
- Some charts and illustrations are decorative and don't have detailed text descriptions.
- Content you publish to social networks (such as image descriptions) depends on what you write and what each network supports.
We're working to improve these.
4. Tell us about a problem
If something on PilotPost is hard to use, email support@pilotpost.social with the page and what happened. We'll reply and, where we can, offer the information in another way while we fix it.
