Community brings the comments on your posts together, so you can answer them without opening each app.
Which networks
Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube. Connect them on the Accounts page first. Comments on X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram and WhatsApp aren't included.
Read comments
- Click Community in the left-hand menu.
- On the left you'll see your posts with comments from the last 60 days, newest activity first. Posts and comments that arrived since your last visit have a New badge.
- If you post to several networks, use the tabs at the top to show one network at a time.
- Click a post to see its comments on the right (on a phone, the comments open full screen; tap ← Posts to go back).
- Click Show replies under a comment to see the conversation.
Reply
- Click Reply under a comment, write your answer and click Send.
- To comment on the post itself, use the box at the bottom.
- Click ✨ Suggest a reply and the AI writes a short, friendly draft in the same language as the comment. Check and edit it before sending: the AI doesn't know your prices, opening hours or stock.
Your reply appears on the network straight away, under your account's name.
Hide and like
Depending on the network, you'll also see Hide (hides a comment from the public but keeps it for you) and Like. If a button isn't shown, that network doesn't allow it from other apps.
Daily limit
You can send up to 50 replies a day from PilotPost. The number left today is shown next to the Send button. You can always keep replying in the network's own app.
New comments not showing?
Click Refresh at the top. New comments can take a few minutes to arrive from the network.
