Click Insights in the left-hand menu to see how the posts you published with PilotPost are doing.
Choose a period
Use the tabs at the top to switch between the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
The numbers at the top
- Posts published: how many posts went out in the period (a post sent to three networks counts three times).
- Views, Likes, Comments, Shares: added up for all posts that have numbers.
- Interactions: likes, comments, shares and saves together.
A dash (—) means none of the networks in that period reported that number.
Interactions per day
The bar chart shows the interactions on posts published each day. Point at a bar (or tap it on a phone) to see the exact number.
Best times to post
The grid shows the average interactions for posts published on each day of the week and in each 3-hour block, in your own time zone. Darker squares did better. Below it you'll see your three best slots. You need at least 5 posts with numbers before this appears, and it gets more reliable the more you post.
By network and Top posts
By network compares your networks side by side. Top posts lists your 10 posts with the most interactions, with a link to each live post.
Followers
For accounts whose network reports follower history, you'll see the current number of followers, the change in the period and a small chart. It can take a day or two after connecting an account for the history to appear.
Which networks have numbers
- Yes: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Bluesky.
- Not yet: X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Telegram and WhatsApp don't share post numbers with us. Check those in each app.
When numbers update
Numbers are collected automatically: every couple of hours for new posts, and less often for older ones. New posts get their first numbers within a few hours. To update them straight away, click Refresh numbers (you can do this every few minutes).
Download a report
Click Download CSV to get every post in the period with its numbers, caption and link. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
